REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the fact we deal with several different companies, information regarding returns and cancellations will be written in item description if there are any.Refunds through Google can be issued before Google makes payment to us, which is 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday only) after you order.Once payment is made your shipment is sent, so please DO NOT ASK US TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED.Once you receive your shipment and you are still unhappy, contact us.We will work with you.PRODUCT RETURNED must be UNOPENED and UNUSED.
SHIPPING:
Method of shipping will vary with products and will be mentioned in product description. If you are using Google Checkout there will be a delay of 3 to 5 business days in addition to the regular shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday only. Holiday and weekends are excluded from the count. Please understand you are paying Google not us.So we do not have access to your information other than your shipping address.As soon as Google makes payment your shipment is sent. Notification is sent to the customer.WE DO NOT USE GOOGLE CHECKOUT FOR SHIPPING.Most orders are shipped USPS and can take up to 7 to 10 business days.Business days are Monday through Friday only.
